SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.

    • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags still attached.

  • Refund Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@ruynclothing.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    • Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item(s) along with a copy of the original invoice and the RA number.

    • Send the package to the address

  • Refund Terms:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

    • Please note that we do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

    • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

  • Exclusions:

    • Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as items purchased during promotional events or customized/personalized items, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, including return postage costs, upon verification of the damage or defect.

  • Final Sale Items:

    • Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Processing & Shipping Times:

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after purchase.

  • Standard shipping to the U.S. & Canada takes approximately 7-12 business days after dispatch

  • During high-demand periods (holidays, new drops), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Free shipping may be available on select promotions

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • RUYN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local courier or neighbours.

  • If you believe your package is lost, contact us at admin@ruynclothing.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

International Duties & Taxes (Canada):

  • Orders shipping to Canada may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

  • RUYN is not responsible for additional fees—these are determined by Canadian customs regulations.

Wrong Address?

  • If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address, email us ASAP at admin@ruynclothing.com.

  • We can update it if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. If it has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot make changes.

  • Standard shipping takes approximately 4-7 business days after dispatch (although most customers  recieve their items within 5 working days).

  • Expect slightly longer processing times during high-demand periods (new drops, holidays, etc.).

  • Free shipping may be available during special promotion
